If that means watching your monthly budget and setting aside money every month to buy Logic, so be it. If that means getting a side job to be able to afford to buy Logic, so be it. That means, for whatever it is you want, you work for it. Try to set a simple goal for yourself: Be authentic.

It's a new year, a new decade for that matter. You can't afford $50 plugins when they go on sale? You can't spare $10 a month to rent a plugin? You can't set aside $8 a month for a subscription on Splice? Really? But you spent $2k on a Mac though? This applies not just to Logic but to everything else for that matter.

Do you see how using pirated Logic on a $2k machine doesn't make sense? You can fork out $2k for a Mac but you can't fork out a measly $200 for a piece of software that enables you to do something that you love? I'm struggling to understand why this is. If you can afford a Mac, then you can afford to buy Logic, simple as that. Secondly, this is something I've thought about for a while now. I hope that's clear enough to understand.

No discussion of pirated software/plugins/ whatever. very clearly states: Absolutely No Piracy. But asking for help/support for something you didn't purchase? That's where I draw the line.įirst of all if you're new around here, please read the sub's rules before posting. You guys can do whatever the fuck you want. I actually don't care that you guys are using a pirated version of Logic. What's worse is that almost all of these cases, Logic has stopped working for them for some reason and they come to this sub asking for help. Over the past 8-9 months or so, I've seen a sharp increase of Logic users on this sub who did not purchase the software legally. EDIT: Thanks for the Awards, you kind souls!
